You can place orders online securely with, simply browse our products, add the desired items to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout. Orders will be processed within 2 business days. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Out of stock orders will not be charged to your card, we will contact you and suggest to keep these in back order, and only charge you when the back ordered goods are actually shipped.


Our licensing agreement allows us to ship orders with in USA and Canada only. All web orders are FOB Fife, WA. If you would like to obtain a proof of delivery email us separately, any lost packages or items must be claimed with the carrier of your selection. We allow 48 hours for order processing after order placement. This is rare but can occur during peak shipping seasons. All tracking information is emailed 24 hours after the order is shipped. All Canadian orders are shipped via UPS. All Canadian customers are required to pay duty, brokerage and GST upon arrival.


Returns may be mailed to us within 30 days of receipt with the product and packaging in proper condition. We do not process exchanges. You cannot return anything that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.

The following items cannot be returned: briefs, boxers, undershorts, underpants and any items marked as “Final Sale”.

For warranty related product returns please contact and provide pictures to show the warranty related issue. Please reference the original order number which is listed on the packing slip.

Any unauthorized return of Craft product, product that was not directly purchased from, will not be accepted or processed at our processing center. The sender of unauthorized returns will be responsible for all return shipment costs.

Return an item(s) by mail

Prepaid return service (US orders only)

Craft Sportswear is pleased to offer service with either UPS or the US Postal Service in order to ensure quick, convenient return service. The cost of return shipping, $10 for any number of items, will be deducted from your refund. 

  • To return your package via UPS Drop Box or at a UPS store, remove the UPS label and affix to your package. 
  • To return your package via the US Postal Service or your postal carrier, remove the USPS label and affix to your package. 
  • Please seal the package securely and be sure to select the appropriate label from the bottom of your customer receipt. 
  • Please retain the tracking number for your records. 

On your own (US and Canada orders only)

You can also send the item back to us at the address below using any other trackable method, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process the return and issue a refund in accordance with this policy. Please be certain to insure the package.

The original shipping fees are non-refundable. You may send this shipment to us by prepaid UPS, Fed Ex or US Postal Service.
Please insure the shipment as we cannot be responsible for uninsured packages. Tell us the reason for your return and include a daytime telephone number, email and the original delivery note with card details for funds crediting.
